Existing customers can expect to receive priority in emergency situations such as: storm damage or freak weather conditions.

On acceptance of our quotation you will be giving a start date which we will do our utmost to keep.

Should an unlikely situation arise for any reason, such as bad weather conditions, or other unavoidable situations beyond our control, you will be kept fully informed at all times.
